Delivery.  

We always try to offer a fast and efficient service. We always aim to dispatch all  'in stock' orders within 3 working days (sooner where possible). We aim for you to receive your order within seven days (this is subject to seasonal variation). We specify the method and address for delivery when you make your order.

Risk of damage or loss of goods passes to you on delivery.

Every order we dispatch is sent 1st Class Royal Mail. We only dispatch orders to the United Kingdom at present.

Occasionally we are out of stock of an item ordered. If we are not going to be able to dispatch the item within 3 days, we will contact you to advise on the situation.

Delivery Adressess. 

Please take care to ensure you input your delivery address clearly and correctly, as you would have to incur any extra postage charges if we have to re-send your items as a result of inaccurate address input.

Postage Rates:

Any order worth £70.00 or more, to be sent to an address in the UK, is dispatched absolutely free. This only applies if the total order weight is 25kg or less. On all other orders we opearte a system based on the total weight of the parcel. The shop will automatically calculate the cost of carriage.

Prices.

All prices are subject to variation without notice.

Returns.

If you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods,please contact us. Send the damaged goods back to us and we will send you out a replacement free of charge. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable. We ask that you return goods within 14 days of receipt of goods.
